This tour will provide you with the unique opportunity to get acquainted with culture and traditions of the many nations and people that have co-existed and left traces on the territory of the modern-day Eupatoria. The multinational population of Evpatoria at different stages of its long history included Turks, Tartars, Jews, Karaites, Armenians and Russians who passed on unique architectural monuments, such as Dzhuma-Dzami Mosque, Karaite Kenasses, several Orthodox churches and a Synagogue. Modern Eupatoria is a splendid, calm, relaxed coastal town, and a unique far off the beaten track destination. If you are into the magic of the picturesque small houses, curved streets, the mixture of oriental mosques and orthodox churches – Eupatoria is certainly the place you will go for!

Your tour will start at the pier with the pleasant promenade along the shady embankment, the oldest part of the city of Eupatoriya, where you will have a chance to purchase the local souvenirs. On your way admire the exteriors of St. Iliya Church (Greek church built in 1918). Proceed to the to the legendary Dzhuma-Dzhami mosque, built by the well-known Turkish architect Khodzha Sinan. Marvel at the interiors of the mosque and proceed further to see the unique Karaite Kenasses — religious center of Crimean Karaite, one of the smallest native groups of Crimea. The complex of Kenasses, constructed at the end of XVIII- beginning of XIX century, consists of two temples — Big & Little Kenasses and 3 courtyards.

Nowadays, the little Kenassa is the unique temple where public worships are given. There is also an exposition of marble fountains, columns, marble plates with inscription on biblical language, samples of clothing, crockery, furniture of the Karaites. Continue to the Main Synagogue of Eupatoria, the exquisite stone building decorated in the tradition of the Middle East. Take a short visit inside the synagogue and proceed to the Tekie-Dervish, the temple complex related with history of dervishes (XVI-XVII century). It is one of the first cult Moslem buildings of medieval Eupatoria. Take a short tour inside the temple and get acquainted with the culture, traditions of dervishes.
