Depart Constanta and drive to Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Arrive to Bucharest and visit the Palace of Parliament. It is the second largest building in the world, after the Pentagon. The Palace of Parliament was erected between 1984-1989 within the order of the former president Nicolae Ceausescu. After the Revolution of December 1989, the palace became the headquarters of the Parliament.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Bucharest. After lunch continue to Village museum. Visit the most picturesque houses of Romania, starting from 1935. Peasant households from all over the country were brought here piece by piece. Village Museum is certainly the place, where you can discover more than 50 households, workshops, churches, mills and votive crucifixes — examples of the traditional architecture and folklore from Romania’s most beautiful regions. Rejoin your coach and drive back to Constanta.
